Nidhi Agrawal is an Intellectual Property professional with over a decade of experience in patent research, strategy, and prosecution. She specializes in patent searching and analysis, patent drafting, filing, and prosecution, helping innovators transform technical ideas into strong and commercially relevant IP assets.
Her research experience at CSIR–CDRI and professional tenure as an IP Analyst at CSIR–URDIP, Pune, have strengthened her ability to analyze complex technologies and develop practical IP strategies. She works closely with startups, research organizations, and multinational companies to protect and manage innovations across chemistry, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and engineering domains.

Kawita Kanoje is an Intellectual Property professional with extensive experience as a Patent Analyst and Woman Scientist in a reputed research organization. She is skilled in understanding complex inventions, developing robust IP strategies, interpreting technical data, providing legal opinions, and drafting patent applications.
She has also gained industry experience at Gannet Pharma Solutions LLP, where she worked in medical writing and regulatory compliance, including dossier preparation. In addition, her six years of academic experience as a lecturer in a pharmacy college have strengthened her analytical approach and technical depth.
Kawita is an alumnus of the KIRAN-IPR Scheme, implemented by the Patent Facilitating Centre (PFC), TIFAC, a government-supported initiative aimed at strengthening intellectual property expertise and innovation support capabilities. This experience further enhances her ability to assist innovators in effectively protecting and managing their intellectual assets.
She works closely with innovators and organizations to protect technologies by combining scientific understanding with practical IP and regulatory insights, particularly in pharmaceutical and life sciences domains.

She has deep proficiency in patent searching, drafting, and filing, along with handling intellectual property rights related to designs and Geographical Indications. Her strong analytical capabilities enable her to effectively utilize patent analytics tools and conduct comprehensive technology landscape searches to support strategic IP decision-making.
As a Registered Indian Patent Agent, Jai integrates scientific understanding with legal and regulatory knowledge to assist organizations in protecting and managing their innovations efficiently. She holds a Master of Science in Biochemistry from Pune University, an LL.B. from the University of Pune, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Patent Law from NALSAR University of Law.
