With over 14 years of experience spanning scientific research, intellectual property, and innovation strategy, Nidhi works at the intersection of technology, business, and IP. Her expertise includes patent strategy, patent analytics, freedom-to-operate studies, patent drafting, technology landscapes, and innovation-driven business decision-making.
Before co-founding PATHtoIP, she built a strong foundation in scientific research, which provided her with a deep understanding of the innovation lifecycle. This technical background enables her to work closely with inventors, researchers, and businesses across diverse sectors including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, chemistry, engineering, consumer products, and emerging technologies.As a Registered Indian Patent Agent, Nidhi believes that intellectual property should serve as a strategic business asset rather than merely a legal formality. Under her leadership, PATHtoIP supports organizations in identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, building strong IP portfolios, and creating long-term innovation strategies.
