- Refunds: Once work on an engagement has begun (including research, drafting, filing, or consultation), fees paid are generally non-refundable, except where explicitly agreed otherwise in the service agreement.
- Statutory/Filing Fees: Any government or statutory fees paid on behalf of a client (e.g., patent or trademark filing fees) are non-refundable once submitted to the relevant authority.
