Jai has 15+ years of experience in Intellectual Property (IP) and regulatory compliance. Her core expertise is in patent drafting, filing, prosecution, and portfolio management in the fields of chemistry and life sciences. She has extensive experience handling patent, trademark, design filings, prosecution, and responses before the Indian IP Office, and is well versed with Indian Patent, Trademark, Design laws.

Her work also includes conducting prior art searches, such as landscaping, white space analysis, and technology mapping; patentability assessments; invalidity and FTO analysis. She has additionally worked on patent-to-product tracking, and market surveillance activities aligned with client-specific product development strategies.

Further, Jai has experience in preparing regulatory dossiers for chemical compliance filings with authorities such as REACH (European Chemicals Agency).
